I tipped them well for trying, but neither manager nor the new employee understood cross contamination and flour dust from tortillas made onsite, means the likelihood of ingredients being gluten free, even before potential on the line contamination, is unlikely. I was hungry and ate the food, but never again as I also paid the price of my first reaction in many years.

Let the staff know I had Celiac disease and staff immediately changed their gloves and led me through possible food choices. Food was really good, the staff was super-friendly and I didn’t get sick. Not a wide variety of protein options for vegetarians, but tasty, safe food!

Super impressed. Really tasty food. Put on gloves, everything is used with tongs or spoons to grab. Grilled my homemade corn tacos on foil. They were really careful. I’m super allergic so this was a great experience.

From their allergen list: We have worked diligently to remove wheat gluten from all our sauces, dressings, and proteins. Natural glutens remain only in our flour and wheat tortillas and in two desserts--tres leches and key lime pie. This means that we offer "oceans of gluten-free options" in our menu. All of these items are gluten-free: all enchiladas, all tacos, all salads (without the flour or wheat tortilla), all nachos, and our chicken tortilla so up...which uses corn strips.

This is my go to place wherever I am. Everything is GF except flour tortillas. They change gloves and are very knowledgeable about crosss contamination. Very safe herr.

Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Changed gloves and washed their hands without being told. They also let us “tweak” the side of chips to have melted cheese instead of having to order a huge order of nachos for a child.
