I looked up the things they can be gf on google ahead of time so we made ordering easy. My whole family has celiacs. My husbands ordered catfish, son ordered trout and I got the streak. Lots of sides to choose from. Salads and chicken dishes too. If you can be flexible, there is a ton of options. This was less costly than many others options as well. Service was good and food was great!

Several things GF. I always sick with an omlett, bacon and grits. Dedicated grill for eggs.
NOT the best place for celiac, but actually safe gluten free items would be the salad (if you ask them to change gloves) as it’s in a separate bin. All meats and breads are all basically in the same area/same grill. The meatloaf is also safe, but I can’t remember if it’s cooked in same oven as the rolls and cornbread. The Hashbrown casserole is NOT gluten free- I know :’( but you can ask for regular scrambled Hashbrowns. But if you have celiac, lol still a no. Parfait without oats is safe. Fruit is safe. Slaw is safe. Basically the cold items are safe because they’re in their own bins. They will give you a gf menu if you ask. But I personally wouldn’t depend on staff to understand celiac! Best of luck :)

I made sure to tell my waiter that u had a gluten and dairy allergy and he said he would put it in but I still got sick literally 3 bites in.
They have an allergen menu that has all top allergens and gluten marked which was very helpful.
They were super busy so I’m sure that had something to do with it but I just wouldn’t chance it.

Came here with family a couple times. This link has been extremely helpful https://nogluten.com/cracker-barrel-gluten-free-menu/
I image this location has the same as all the others. Kind of upset that when I asked for a GF menu, they gave me this huge 16 page nutrition guide, so I had to look at the options, and go back to the menu to see how it translated. Took me 15 minutes to order. I had two eggs with grits and bacon. I had to ask to add cheese b/c the grits were boring. Nothing special about the meal and do not think I will wait in the line and deal with the crowds in the future

I’ve always been leery of Cracker Barrel, but I have been to this location a few times and have not had an issue. I get the same thing each time. Grilled chicken tenders, green beans and fried apples. I always tel the waitress that I am allergic to gluten. They have an allergy menu and honestly there is not much for lunch dinner that is gluten free other than what I ordered.
