Went here on a recommendation from another celiac. Everything was clearly marked on the menu, the server was very knowledgeable and explained the many precautions that they take to avoid cross-contamination. I felt very comfortable that they are careful in the kitchen. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and potato dish. It was delicious. I also had a blueberry muffin that was fabulous. I had a great experience, enjoyed the food and would highly recommend this place.

They have marked options on their menu, but some menu items can be made GF with easy modifications (like subbing GF bread). One of the owners is gluten free so they understand! If you tell them you have celiac disease they will take precautions. My favorites are the gluten-free waffle of the week, breakfast sandwich, cheeseburger on GF bun, impossible tacos and short rib hash. They always have a few GF baked goods (chocolate chip cookie, lemon muffin, ube scone). Also, the coffee is fantastic. This place does get very busy on the weekends so expect a wait if you go at peak times. I recommend checking in on Yelp

What an awesome place. Employees were knowledgeable. As soon as I walk in I asked the questions about safety, because it’s always a struggle to find a safe place to eat. The employee affirmed me and said they take it very seriously in the kitchen. i had and omelette, and did not feel sick!

Award-winning chef/owner who is also gluten-free has been serving the neighborhood since 2015, CRAFTkitchen is an artisanal bakery with an upbeat farm-to-table restaurant with locally-sourced and organic when possible ingredients. They also have a passion for quality, comfort, and community that shows through in every dish and dessert.
Delicious!! I ordered the cauliflower ravioli and added chicken breast. It was fantastic! There were so many options and you could substitute for gluten free bread or buns.

I am gluten sensitive and try to be more proactive in eating items when eating out.
I like how the restaurant makes it known that they bake fresh gluten free items every morning. My go to is always their gluten free lemon blueberry muffin. If that is sold out, I see if they have my favorite flavor gluten free vegan (I'm not vegan but I am also developing dairy sensitivity) ube scone. And if all else fails, I go for their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Now hear me out. I mentioned I'm not vegan or anything but that cookie tastes soo good! Like I'm used to vegan gluten free items tasting like "cardboard" but that is not the case! These pastries go well with their coffees and I feel bad for always modifying my coffee to accommodate my food sensitivities. If I order their hot lattes, I inform them I am sensitivr and their baristas and server do not to give me their biscottis. Thats a nice little service touch being thoughtful of guest sensitivities/allergies. If I feel like iced drinks, their iced matcha latte with oat milk, extra ice, 6 pumps of vanilla and a shot of espresso if I need a pick me up. Or I go to for their new iced lavender latte with oat milk extra ice and I do like my drinks sweet so I am them to add according to their old Instagram post of adding white chocolate syrup (yes I know it has dairy but little amounts I can handle without it ruining my system.
Moving on to entrees, I love how they offer a wide variety of gluten free and some dairy free options. If I'm in the mood for eggs, they have informed me that they do not cook their eggs in any butter. If I am in the mood for something sweet, I go for their gluten free Belgian waffle. I always check with the server what flavor they have but I always get it with the topping anyway. Servers have informed me that they have dedicated waffle iron. But if I want my waffle to stay crisp, I request for everything on the side.
If I want a lunch item, I definitely get their gluten free and vegan cauliflower ravioli with a tomato sauce. Light and tasty. But if I want a filling meat, I add grilled chicken mean diced up to the ravioli.

Amazing! So happy and left so full!
They were extremely careful and have a dedicated waffle maker. I had the gf waffle of the day (see pics posted)
Wish I found this place on day 1. It’s really worth it!

Our favorite off the strip spot for breakfast on our way in or out of town. They have a dedicated waffle iron for their gluten-free waffles and feature a different flavor daily. The menu is all clearly labeled. I’ve eaten here multiple times.

So many delicious GF options clearly marked on the menu. I told the server I had an allergy and she seemed to know what that meant. However, I am giving it a lower rating because I got sick later that night. :( It could have been from the smallest form of cross contact, due to the many other gluten items around. However, it did indeed happen. It also may depend on the day and what staff you have, so I would say you can definitely try it at your own risk!

They are all very well versed about celiac. They had the gf baked items in the cooler with regular stuff. Suggested they not doing that. They were very receptive.

Delicious! Have udi bread option
So yummy! Great service! Gf churro waffles (its deep fried so not sure if it’s celiac safe). Also got the gf oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, gf hazelnut brownie and gf lemon blueberry muffin to go.
If you want bad service, come here. They ignored my daughter and I. The place was pretty empty and there were 3 people on the floor. There were more workers than customers! We both sat at our table forever waiting for someone to greet us. I finally got the waitress's attention and she rudely asked "looks like you're ready to order??" Then waitress screwed up on my daughter's order and blamed me for not making it clear on what I ordered. She's rude and disgusting in front of my daughter. Never once apologized! She was lucky my daughter was there. Being a confrontational person that I am, I had to keep my cool in front of my little girl. Finally, a customer (police officer) noticed the behavior and ended up buying our lunch. She was sitting quietly from the corner of the restaurant and watched what was going on. Sad how it got customers attention on how big of a bitch this waitress was. We both thanked the officer, and gave our blessings. CraftKitchen can do a better job hiring good people. Just because people having certain allergies doesn't given them the ok to treat them like crap. Especially to a little girl that have special needs.
There are just a few choices on the breakfast menu that are shown as GF. I tried the carnitas omelette. Coffee is organic and really excellent. I'll come back to try the quiche that is crust less and GF.
