Went here for breakfast , asked for the chef and the only thing my girlfriend could have were French toast and omelette. We read the reviews before coming and had high hopes of having more varieties, turns out not so much

The staff was super helpful walking us through the buffet, identifying all of the gluten free options. They prepared a custom, gluten free pizza for us in a dedicated gluten free oven. Great value and tons of options.

Had a great experience at the buffet. I mentioned to one of the chef at the carving stations that I was celiac and we ended up having chef Jesus walk us through the entire buffet. He had knowledge of every possible cross contamination and told us where it was safe. Excellent experience he even showed us a labled dedicated GF oven that you can see from the pass, and deserts are on the top shelf, so glutinous desserts won't fall accidentally on top . Usually scared of buffets but I will be eating here again tomorrow!

I came for the breakfast buffet and they were super helpful! The chef came out and walked me through everything that I could eat that was celiac safe. He pointed out they could make me toast in a dedicated gluten free toaster. He even offered to make gluten free French toast! I had plenty of options including a variety of fruit, breakfast meats, eggs/egg white bake, beans, salsa, guacamole, different styles of potatoes, sliced meats. I don’t eat dairy so I had some limited options but felt it was well worth it!

I went for dinner. Mentioned my gluten "allergy" at the front and chef Jonathan came out to tour me around. He was wonderful! Super personable and very knowledgeable. He also assured me I could ask for him anytime if I had any more questions. They had pasta and pizza options, and tons more. I enjoyed the crab, mashed potatoes, ceasar salad and ribs the most. I didn't feel super confident at the pasta station and decided not to get it, but he said they would switch gloves and they have a separate pot for gluten free. Some dessert options too. The creme brulé was good. My favourite buffet in las Vegas from my time there. Didn't get sick either.

I visit the Mirage buffet every time I am in Vegas. Make sure to request the chef walks you through as many gf options are not marked. They have a separate gf toaster and will prep a gf pizza on request. They also have gf pasta and in occasion gf ravioli by special request. Have eaten there for breakfast and dinner with great success!

The staff was very knowledgeable and a chef walked through with me and my mom. They have a dedicated gluten free oven and tons of options. I would highly recommend if you have celiacs and are in Las Vegas!

Very few options for gluten free. The ones they do have are marked, true enough, but you’ll pay full price and miss 80% of the restaurant’s offerings. Not a good choice for a $50 meal.

Really catered to my celiac. chef comes out to understand exactly what you want. I wanted pancakes for breakfast. He made from scratch and served gf French toast while I was waiting for that. I wish all restaurants we're so attentive.

Great experience, all you do is ask about GF, and chef will walk you through buffet. Will make GF ravioli ( which was delicious), GF pizza and bread for you if you want that too.

I love this place! We came for dinner, and the chef, Jose, walked us through all the stations, explaining what was GF and what was not. (Some things are labeled, some aren't). He also told me the kitchen could specially make things if I'd like. They even had a pasta station with a GF only pot & strainer! It was so delicious and so fun to thoroughly gorge myself!!

The chef Remi was fantastic. He came out and walked the floor with me and explained everything. There are tons of options and he even made a special sushinplate and dessert plate for me. The attention to gluten free details was amazing. They altered their menu to make as much gluten free as possible and are still making additional changes. They even have gluten free bread and pizza crust if you ask. They also have a dedicated oven for gluten free. The chef was simply amazing.

After I notified the staff of my gluten allergy, they called chef Jose who walked me through all the stations so I would know what I could and couldn't eat. Although it was great for me, it is not safe for those who are super sensitive because of the risk of contamination.

I really like this buffet. All the items are marked if they are gf, v, I think df was marked as well. They had plenty of gf selection at this buffet. They told me if I had any questions just to ask, and when I did the staff seemed very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Really great GF options for a buffet. Ask your server to call the chef, he will walk the buffet with you and tell you what you can eat. He even made us GF ravioli and delivered it to our table. The deli has GF bread and a dedicated toaster. Three celiac and one reacted. Everyone found food they loved.

Vegas can be a tough experience for those of us with celiac, especially when you're there on a budget. I am fairly sensitive to even small amounts of cross-contamination, so I had assumed a buffet was off my list of options, but was excited to hear that the Cravings chef would do a personal walk-through of the options for those of us with dietary restrictions. He was kind and knowledgable, as were the kitchen staff, and I dug in to delicious eggs, bacon, salad, and vanilla creme brûlée with confidence. Unfortunately, despite their good intentions, there was some measure of cross-contamination, and I did get glutened.

We had a great experience at the buffet...which can be a little scary if you have Celiac. The chef walked us around the different buffets, telling us what was gluten free and what we should definitely avoid. He even offered to cook anything else we wanted.
