Got the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, the bun was really good. It’s really hard to find fast food places to eat because not only am I allergic to wheat but beef as well. It was definitely a good sandwich.
The staff member was great but after asking my probing questions, said if I have a wheat allergy or celiac she would not recommend eating there, since they cannot guarantee no CC. So my family ate and I went to the Chick fil a down the street that happens to have a separate fryer for fries and separate grill for grilled chicken. NCGI would probably be fine, but not guaranteed safe for Celiac.

GF buns are amazing great spot to eat
Always done gf and right !! Have not been sick from these peeps!!
Today I decided to stop into Culver's (#544) after hearing from a friend that there were gluten free buns available. I walk into the store and I talk to one of the nicest young man at the register explaining that I heard that they served gluten free buns. He told me yes that they did, and then I asked about the gluten free environment. I was nervous that he wasn't going to understand what I was trying to ask but I was completely blown away at his complete and caring response. He let me know that they serve gluten free buns that will be warmed still in the factory wrapper to make sure they stay gluten free, that the kitchen staff washes their hands changes their gloves AND uses separate toppings for the burgers to make sure there was no cross contamination. At this point I felt more than safe eating here and thanked him for explaining it to me. I asked if the fries were gluten free and he explained to me that they were fried in oil with other gluten items, so instead I got a root beer float. He both marked on the register that I had a gluten allergy and verbally explained to the kitchen that I had an allergy and to be extra careful. When I got the burger everything was as he said with the burger toppings arranged in a separate box on this lovely little wrapper that made it super easy to assemble the burger and add the ketchup from separate packets to it. It was an absolute pleasure eating here!
Yes
I’ve eaten here a couple of times with no issues getting a burger with a gluten free bun. They have a shared frier so the fries are not celiac safe. Their custard is gluten free too.

All the cashier said was they have gluten free buns, no precautions taken

I am low FODMAP which means basically no wheat products, but has other very specific restrictions. Had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun (no pickles, add mayo). Can confirm they only season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper. The fries worked fine for me. This is basically the only fast food place that even has any low FODMAP options, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will definitely work!

My hamburgers gluten-free buns were in a sealed bag. All was in separate bag from the rest of the order. The order was marked "food allergy" on the receipt. Seemed to be handled carefully.

Extremely busy location, they share fryers and I've seen breadcrumbs on my cheeseburger patty before. Bun is alright. Don't trust this location.
