Their website states that none of their food can be made without absolutely positive cross-contamination. Despite having gluten-free buns, these are for the trend seekers, NOT for celiacs or those with a bonafide allergy. NONE of their protein are available gluten free, all beef and chicken patties are cooked on the same griddle as buns and gluten containing foods. all foods are prepared with cross contaminated surfaces and utensils. This chain should be marked unsafe.

I ordered from the main menu--there was not a dedicated gluten free menu at the counter. But the menu online does clearly indicate gluten free items and I have read several reviews on here that the company tries to maintain safe practices, so I decided to try it. The cashier brought the manager to me when I asked for gluten free ice cream items. He told me that his wife was gluten free as well and, when he brought me my custard, he asked if we put an allergy alert on it. I didn't think to reaffirm with the cashier so he remade the dessert for me just in case. I was very thankful.
This location does not offer gluten free buns or other accomodations. Not a safe place to eat

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
