Das Personal ist sehr gut informiert, bei Erwähnung von glutenfreier Notwendigkeit wurde sofort nachgefragt, ob es Zöliakie ist und das abwaschen des Löffels notwendig ist. Die gf Eiswaffeln wurden nicht komplett aus der Verpackung geholt, so daß die Verkäuferin sie nicht mit Krümeln anderer Waffeln kontaminiert. Uns wurde eine Allergenliste vorgelegt, aus der alle glutenfreien Sorten ersichtlich waren. 2 neue Sorten waren dort nicht aufgeführt und schienen vom Namen her unkritisch, allerdings hat die Verkäuferin sofort darauf hingewiesen, daß die Dekokügelchen dem Eis nicht gf wären. Wir haben uns gut beraten gefühlt und hatten alle hinterher keine Symptome.

They have gf horns and take scoops with a clean spoon and at the other side of the tray. Also a list with ingredients. And above all, very good ice

They have gluten free cones that are individually packaged and they take care not to touch them when preparing your ice cream. They use a separate spoon for the gluten-free ice cream, and scooped from an untouched part of the ice cream to prevent cross contamination. Finally they have a list with all the allergens per flavor.

Bonus: the ice cream tastes great as well
