19 items are marked as gluten free. Mostly veggies. The waiter says they can also substitute some of the noodles on less busy days.
There’s definitely cross contamination.
Great restaurant but even the staff is clear that because of the high volume of dishes served and kitchen design, they cannot prevent cross contamination.
No
No dumplings, but all the sauteed veggies, all fried rice (except pork chop), chicken soup, cucumber salad, soy noodle salad, shaved ice are all gluten free

Very few GF options, not worth it.
There is soy sauce in everything. The only safe dish is the veggie fried rice.

Very few GF options. A few of the soups. Meh! Not worth it.
Only had 2 true GF options. Nothing I couldn't have had/made at home. Will not be going back.
Good food and easy menu to find GF choices
I love this place! Very few gluten free options but what they do have is amazing. I get the same thing every time. Chicken fried rice, garlic green beans and blended matcha with boba. The chili oil is the best I’ve ever had and I buy a bottle of it when I go. A server explained to me that the way the kitchen is set up it’s very unlikely to have cross-contamination because they have separate stations for different types of dishes. I always let them know I have celiac and ask them to be conscious of that. I’ve never gotten sick and I feel completely safe eating here. It’s a little pricey and takes awhile because they are always busy, but I think it’s worth it.

The veggies are AMAZING. Then I get the shrimp fried rice and top it with ginger, vinegar, and chili oil. Delish!
