Owner has celiac, so they know what they're doing. Staff was friendly and the food was good.
There were a LOT of options. Our daughter with celiac didn’t get sick and it was her favorite pizza she has tried! A bit on high on the prices but delicious food.
Excellent!!! Great place for gluten free food!! Burgers are huge!! Tons of fries!! And mac n cheese balls appetizer! Lots of gluten free options both for food and dessert. A must-go place
Yay! A place I can eat at without worrying about cross contamination. Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. Dedicated fryer and All the deserts are gluten free also. I will definitely be back!
Absolutely delicious!!! Will be back anytime we are in the area! Had burger on GF bun and shared nachos.
Might be the best burger I've ever had. Gluten free bun, vegan paddy, vegan mozzarella, avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, with sweet potato fries!! Also had gluten free buffalo chicken and chips with guacamole. Chill atmosphere and zero worries.
Wait staff informed me of the only few items they couldn’t do gluten free: cheese on nachos & philly cheese steak. We both had great burgers. I chose mushroom Swiss, added avocado & my daughter had cheese burger on gf bun, fresh made gf fries. Highly recommend!
They took our allergies VERY seriously and gave us a full rundown of their menu. Did I mention they have GF mac & cheese? Tons of ciders to choose from, extremely knowledgeable staff, the owner made our food for us... Fantastic travel stop en route to Boone!
Very accommodating. The manager/owner (?) came out and told us they switched so that almost anything (with a few exceptions) can be made gluten free. Food was great and portions were large.
I had the 1/2 lb Judge Finley burger with their homemade, hand cut fries (gluten free bun and dedicated gluten free fryer with gluten free condiments). They have an extensive GF menu. The food was amazing and the service was great. It's nice to have such a place in my hometown to go to when I come back to visit.
We were passing through on a road trip and were excited to find several gf options. Dedicated frier for fries, which is always a plus!
This place is GREAT! It has become my new favorite in the area. Absolutely the best place to eat in Wilkesboro if you're GF. Even if you're not! My husband isn't and he loved it as well. It's located in downtown Wilkesboro, right next to an organic health shop (that also has a ton of GF stuff). All of the breads, rolls, pizza dough, etc comes from next door! They have 3 different kinds of crust, and 2 different kinds of burger buns. You can request either of them and they will be happy to use it! I learned that they have dedicated fryers and kitchen space for making everything GF and Celiac safe. They are very cautious! The chef/owner even came out to ask me if American cheese would be fine because some people have an allergy to the dye (which I had no idea). It was extremely thoughtful. He also came back to ask how our meal was, and our server never skipped a beat! I had a burger (lettuce, onions, ketchup, cheese, and bacon) on a GF bun and fries. It was delicious! The best burger I've had in a while! I forget the name of the bun they used, but it was the best. It didn't crumble or get soggy. You can buy them next door. They even bring out special GF ketchup and mustard to your table in its own bottle. The GF menu is pretty big. Everything from philly cheesesteaks, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, pizza! Next time, I really wanna try the 1/2 lb grilled cheese! Did I mention you can get a full 1 lb burger! And the prices are extremely reasonable! Yes, I will definitely be back. Multiple times. And I suggest you do the same! You won't be disappointed!
