Elevation Burger

They say that they cater to celiacs but I got sick here. The cashier seemed very informed but I still had a bad reaction.

Not clean; floor sticky with grease and dirt. That alone would have been enough for me to walk out if I wasn't there with a group.

Informed cashier that I have celiac disease and watched the kitchen (which is clearly visible from the counter) as they prepared it. They did prepare it on a separate counter than the rest of the stuff, and the two kitchen staff changed gloves often as they kept switching between preparation of multiple orders.

But one of the staff failed to change gloves between directly handling buns and assembling my order; their cross-contact mindfulness is sub-par. I will not return.

Had an easy meal of chicken tenders and fries in a dedicated fryer.

I have celiac disease and have severe reactions to gluten contamination. I have eaten here twice and haven't been sick! They were very careful with my order each time. They even added "gluten allergy" to my receipt! I ordered fries to share with my non-gf mom and they ensured that the fries were placed in a separate bag with my burger so they wouldn't be contaminated by her burger. The only downside is that they don't have a gluten free bun, so the GF burger is served lettuce wrapped. However, the lettuce wrap is always well done. The lettuce is fresh and the contents are delicious. Additionally, the food is great, organic and fresh- with beef from grass-fed, free range cattle that is ground on-site. They also have vegetarian and paleo friendly options.

Great fries and paleo burger. When I mentioned GF they noted it and seemed to take proper precautions. I was very grateful for a tasty and safe lunch!

i have eaten here a few times, no gf buns but they do an excellent lettuce wrap burger! Fries are delicious and NOT cooked in soybean oil!! They prepare your food in a separate area safe from cc.

Very Good! No bun (burger wrapped in lettuce), but I could eat their french fries, and they use quality, fresh ingredients.

Fries and chicken tenders were good. Burger wasn’t bad. Didn’t get sick as a sensitive celiac. My son didn’t care for the vegan mango vanilla shake.

Good experience! Dedicated fryer for GF fries, chicken tenders and onion rings. We ordered burgers and fries. They made the food on separate counter after cleaning the area and changing gloves. No issues.

It is great to eat an actual burger with a good GF bun! They also have vegan cheese and their fries, onion rings, and chicken fingers are gf.
