have gf menu. Have eaten here 3 times. good each time. No bread or pasta replacements, though.
been here twice. first time was good but they messed my order up. second time they gan none gf fries with my order. they fixed it but I still got glutened. I will not be back
Fantastic prime rib! Spoke w. manager (very knowledgeable) rib is prepared in separate oven. loaded potato delicious. Wait staff friendly and seemed knowledgable abt. gf. Many choices on gf menu. sensitive celiac & didn't get sick. We will be back!
Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious steak and mashed potatoes!
This restaurant had a separate gf menu with a wide range of options. They also let us know that they have a process in place to ensure that there was no cross contamination with non-gf food. The waitstaff was very helpful and polite and did not make us feel like asking for gf was a burden or a problem. The food was fantastic and was well worth the price. Will definitely being going back.
This restaurant is AMAZING! They have an extensive gluten free menu and have even added a gluten free dessert. The staff is knowledgeable about the gluten free options. This was one of my favorite restaurants before I had celiac and it still is!
Good food but a little loud. Had the ribs and wife had salmon. We both felt bad the next day. Not sure what caused illness but that’s all we ate that day.
Staff at Firebird's (including our brand new server) was fantastic! I had a copy of the GF menu in my hand within moments of alerting our server to my Celiac status..... and a manager (actually....two managers in two visits) came to personally explain their protocols for allergy food prep. They also explained that one of the managerd would personally be bringing my food to the table as a final vote of confidence/quality check. 16 years gluten free and I can count on one finger the number of times I have felt this heard and cared for in a restaurant..... although the Disney World folks run a very close second. (Really, truly!)
This is my first time time trying Firebirds and I was extremely nervous because the night before we went to the restaurant I looked on their menu online and they only had two or three things that were GF so I got the Colorado chicken salad it was good but there was not enough lettuce and WAY too many toppings. I also don't know why they would put all the stuff I got on my salad together it was pecans, blue cheese crumbles, cranberries, vinaigrette dressing and the lettuce of course the blue cheese crumbles tasted really weird with the pecans. it was a nice day so I decided to sit outside and eat but I could not see in the restaurant to possibly see my food.First they brought out the bread then they brought out my friends food then they brought out mine. Overall it was a good experience.
Separate, sizable gf menu and they specified that my meal was gf when they brought it out. Delicious food!
I ate here tonight and ordered the salmon and vegetables. I stressed to the waitress that I have celiacs and can not have any gluten whats so ever! When my plate came I asked again that everything was gluten free and safe to eat. She checked with the kitchen manager and confirmed everything. I am almost done eating and in with all the mixed veggies was a noodle. I will never eat there again and I would not recommend it to anyone with celiac disease!
The staff was very knowledgeable. Our waitress actually is a Celiac, so she explained the gluten free precautions taken by the staff. When another girl brought the food out, she reiterated that gloves and tongs had been changed and that our food had been on its own clean section on the grill, and reassured us that it was safe.
Update: at recent meal, I was assured by server & manager that my meal would be prepared safely, then my steak came out (even though served by manager) with glutened gravy all over. I caught it but just saying - don't let your guard down. Such good food. They were very attentive about GF options, plenty to choose from (prob not much for vegetarians though!). Prime rib was amazing.
They have a GF menu (ask for it) and the manager has a family member with celiac and explained how things were prepared with care in the kitchen to avoid contamination! Very comfortable with our celiac kid eating at this location!
I called prior to our visit to inquire about gluten free offerings and was told they have a separate GF menu. When I explained that our son has celiac and that cross contamination is a concern, I was told to ask for a manager when ordering. We did so, and she assured us that they take food allergies very seriously. Bottom line, our son had a great filet and garlic mashed potatoes with no reaction whatsoever. Very accommodating and professional staff that made for a great experience. We will definitely be back. By the way, the 5 of us who ordered from the regular menu had great meals, as well.
lots of gf options, staff very careful and change gloves, good with other allergies as well
I’ve been several times now and have not gotten sick. My favorite thing is the BLT salad with added grilled chicken. The gluten free menu is pretty extensive which was nice. Make sure to ask for it as it is separate from the regular menu.
They have a separate GF menu, the staff go out of there way to make sure your happy with the way your meal was prepared. We’ve eaten here a few times now, with no mishaps. A little pricey to go often, but worth the price. Totally recommended.
They have a limited gluten free menu, but the food is amazing!
Just went here for the first time, and I was very happy I did!!! They have a separate gluten free menu. The staff was very attentive/knowledgeable!!! The chef even came over to the table and assured me that he would use separate cooking utensils. The best part was the food was delicious!!!
Very tasty food and excellent service.
Expensive but a nice GF option. They have a separate GF menu.
Went for the first time as a family, the food was lovely and the service excellent. Plenty of choices on the gf menu. My only sad moment was when I asked if they had gf dessert and they only had icecream and fruit, but definitely not a deal breaker.
The restaurant has a GF menu. I asked for help from the server to try to get a completely GF meal. I ordered a plain NY Strip steak and plain baked potato. I still got a minor reaction from the meal. Probably a cross contamination issue since the steak and potato were defiantly plain. I cannot recommend as safe.
