Have eaten here several times and have never had a reaction. I usually get the filet kebab and mashed potatoes. Watch out for their really crusty bread. Members of my family who are not Celiac love it but the crumbs go everywhere!
Food was good, but be forewarned: Firebirds does NOT produce a gluten free LUNCH menu - they provide only a standard dinner menu. Not a big deal, you might think, except that if you compare the items from the GF menu, to a typical LUNCH menu there are HUGE discrepancies. For example: the GF menu offers "Baby Back Ribs Java BBQ Sauce, steak fries, cider slaw 24.25" now, this SAME item is on the standard NON gf LUNCH menu : "Baby Back Ribs Java BBQ Sauce, steak fries, cider slaw 13.25" No notation about different portion sizes, sec. SAME DESCRIPTION, word for word. The GF menu offers sirloins, too, but the NON gf menu offers multiple size options ( 7 oz, 9 oz, etc) and as expected, those are lower in price. After bringing it to the attention of the management at this location I as able to order the smaller lunch portion sirloin GF, for the same price as the lunch portion on the standard menu. I was glad, but how many diners have paid a significant amount MORE just because they have celiac and ordered off a standard GF menu at lunch time? (a side note: I am also a bit concerned that the steak fries are on the GF menu with the ribs, but are NOT on the list of sides available? Are the GF or not????) SO, dine here - I ended up with a nice meal and no evidence of being "glutened", but make sure if you are there for lunch, you compare and get the right price. Just be vigilant.

The food was delicious. I love that I had gluten free options.
The good is absolutely perfect, nice variety, the environment is perfect for a date.
What a lovely evening. Our server was amazing with my allergies! Menu items are clearly marked as gluten free. Before I could mention I had a wheat allergy, he asked if it was allergy or preference and even asked about other allergies. The appetizer (bacon deviled eggs) were brought out by a manager who assured us gloves were changed and they were assembled in a safe area. Then my Tomahawk pork chop was brought out by one of the kitchen staff who again assured me care had been taken for all my allergies. Food was hot and super yummy. The rest of my dining party also enjoyed every item they were served. Excellent experience. We will definitely be back.

A few GF salad options that are pretty good. GF is noted as a potential option on the menu.

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.
