AMAZING! Totally accommodating to food allergies and the flavor combinations are wonderful and fresh. They know how to do food! I had a protein bowl and a fresh green juice. Looking forward to going back before we leave town.

I got a gf version of the Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast. They made it with gf bread and left the cookie crumbles off. This was sooooo good. Ill deff go back.

Only 2 options available. They sent me the wrong thing the first time and it definitely was not gluten free. By the time I got my order, my family was already done and the food wasn’t good at all. Do not recommend.

Limited gluten free options (only two items on the menu when I went). Had the chicken pesto quinoa bowl which was delicious for breakfast. No issue after.

They have an allergen menu online that I was able to easily access, and my server was knowledgeable when I mentioned celiac. Gluten free bread available to substitute on some meals for no additional cost. Plus, the food has been amazing every time I’ve visited!

First watch is my favorite breakfast place since becoming Celiac. This location is knowledgeable and the food is always good.

Awesome! We found this place last summer and made sure to try it again this summer. It was even better than we remembered. We have been here 3 times in this week and I have felt great after each visit. I have been gf since I was diagnosed as celiac in 2006.
They do not have a dedicated gf menu, but upon request they are happy provide an ingredient list and a list of "gluten friendly" options. The Farmer's Skillet is my personal favorite.

We had lunch at First Watch today. We do not have celiac, but we are an anti-inflammatory diet. I am avoiding wheat, dairy, and tomatoes. I had the Sweet Honey Pecan salad. It had a wasabi-like kick to it, and I enjoyed it very much. My wife had the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl and loved it. They don't have a GF-dedicated menu, but they do have a "don't eat" menu." Plus, the staff was very helpful in answering all our questions.
First Watch has two gluten free menus. The green one is difficult to use but the photocopy one is easy to use. Their omelets are really good. I have been there numerous times with never a problem and I have full classic celiac sprue.
There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.
