They don't have a dedicated menu, but can make a few things: Ham, potato's, eggs, omelette, bacon and sausage. We all ordered gluten free since I don't have to but do because my husband and son are both GF. Just easier that way.
Our breakfast came and I had half my Gluten-free omelette eaten, when our server brought out a new one to me and said the cook said she put bread on that omelette before it was served to you. I was glad that it was mine and not my son's breakfast, but then I wondered how careful are they in the back? I didn't need the other omelette and wished they would have been a bit more careful and had checked with me before they cooked another one. I did appreciate that they did that, but the omelette was half eaten before they told me it had bread on it. Hoping they are a bit more careful for people who have severe reactions from either celiac or non celiac gluten sensitivity issues.
Waitress was very helpful, gave me extra portions of fruit and vegetables. Potatoes are cooked in soy. I got eggs, avocado, tomato, green salad and fruit.
Been here several times, and despite ordering GF with no bread, I have always received bread or other gluten items on my plate. I've always had a great experience at the Anderson location on beechmont however!
No dedicated menu. Can only order fruit, ham, bacon, sausage, and potatoes.
I've safely eaten at many First Watchs? First Watches? anyway... I mainly go for avocado toast, but they have many GF options on their GF menu.

Not safe, at all.
Although they offer gluten free bread, as a substitute, I opted for no bread at all. I told the server that i was gluten free.
The omelet came with toast on top.
I returned it to the kitchen. When the runner brought it back she said that luckily one just came off the grill. Given that, I told her how strange that it also came with crumbs from the last plate. THEN she asked if it was an allergy. I responded, Do I need to share my entire medical history for a breakfast, as ordered?
Long story short.. the runner lied to me, was disrespectful and was happy to gluten me.
I will not be back.

There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
