The options were fine (omlets); however I went in wanting pancakes or waffles. They don't have GF options for those or any breads. A little disappointed.
Great breakfast and good gf menu with plenty of options!
I give First Watch one star because they advertise to have gluten free options but when I actually went to lunch today, it was very difficult to figure out what is gluten free. It’s not easily listed on the menu. The waitress wasn’t giving me many options. I ended up getting a sandwich with gluten free toast and it was really bad. They barely put anything on the sandwich. It was mostly just bread. I ended up going somewhere else and getting more food because I was still hungry! I think there’s a lot better options around other than first watch. I won’t be returning.

Had the ham and guyere cheese omelet with GF toast and had a violent reaction within half a hour.Avoid if you are coeliac.

Was told they had lots of gluten free stuff by a gluten free friend. The toast is the only thing they make with gluten free bread, and it’s cross contaminated. Eggs are gluten free, but that’s about it. The potatoes were pretty good though.

I’m newly diagnosed Celiac, so I don’t have a great feel for “getting glutened” yet. I got the power bowl (listed as gluten free) and felt fine after. The staff seemed receptive to me saying I had Celiac. My food came with a little “allergy” flag in it. Good experience.

Great breakfast/brunch restaurant! They feature gluten free bread/toast on their menu, which is available at no additional charge! They also have bowls on their menu that are designated as gluten free. Food is excellent and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.
