Employees where very knowledgeable about Celiac disease. They have lots of options that you can eat and they DO have a separate area to cook your meal and a separate toaster. Awesome!

The waitress was empathetic to me explaining my need for GF and sent back my meal that came out with non-GF toast. However, still got violently ill. Not going back to this location.

Gluten free menu is a joke. Basically is the same menu as the regular one but states the obvious foods we cannot have such as pancakes and bread.

I didn't get sick but I am not going back. Seemed a little risky.

Definitely had cross contamination. I'm curling over in pain, definitely got gluten'd.

I eat here often and have never been glutened 😊
Staff is knowledgeable and careful and of course I make it well known that I have celiac disease.

Love this place. Gluten free options include toast and power bowls. Toast is not made in a dedicated toaster.

I had a good experience. The toast was subbed for GF toast and it was not bad. Of course smaller than the regular toast but still got the job done. We ate at the bar for faster service. Had the kid size bacon and egg meal that came with 2 pieces of toast and a cup of fruit. It was noted as an allergy. I did not have a reaction

Went to First Watch. They opened this new location just a week prior to my experience. I opted for the quinoa power bowl. It had mushrooms, sausage and two eggs on top. It was labeled Gluten Free on the menu. Upon its arrival it also had an allergy toothpick attached.
I asked about the gluten free toast. They told me it’s toasted in the toasters with wheat breads.
Overall was great. Will return.
