First Watch was once phenomenal about GF options and cross contamination. In the last year or so, they have become GF ignorant and rude. They provide an allergy ingredient sheet but no longer accommodate celiac. Twice now, I have gone and have not eaten. When specifically saying, "no toast, no gluten products", the toast has arrived with my skillet or touching my eggs. So, disappointing! They were once a safe and reliable, "go to".
Lunch was horrible. Yogurt is Dannon's. Nt gluten free. Corporate needs education. Staff is list in the woods.
I wish I could give 0 stars.... this place does NOT have gluten free bread, pancakes, waffles, salad dressings, or soup! almost nothing but the eggs are gluten free. Very disappointing!
Today we decided to do a gluten free lunch! We looked for a restaurant in Stuart FL using the App for the first time! This restaurant in does not do Pamela's gf pancakes! The waiter has a sister eating gluten free so knew what we were looking to eat. He was personable and excellent but could not guide us through the menu. Very disappointing! First Watch, if you post on the gf app, please have what is advertised or redo your post! Disappointed!

Clean, comfortable, friendly, good service, delicious food, nice variety, fair prices...what's not to like?
I've safely eaten at many First Watchs? First Watches? anyway... I mainly go for avocado toast, but they have many GF options on their GF menu.

Not safe, at all.
Although they offer gluten free bread, as a substitute, I opted for no bread at all. I told the server that i was gluten free.
The omelet came with toast on top.
I returned it to the kitchen. When the runner brought it back she said that luckily one just came off the grill. Given that, I told her how strange that it also came with crumbs from the last plate. THEN she asked if it was an allergy. I responded, Do I need to share my entire medical history for a breakfast, as ordered?
Long story short.. the runner lied to me, was disrespectful and was happy to gluten me.
I will not be back.

There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
