Asked server if omelets were prepped and cooked separate from gluten items such as pancakes and she said they were. I noted that I have a “severe gluten allergy” and she said they take things like that very seriously since the manager’s wife has celiac. My omelet was great and I had no issues! They do mark allergens of Al items in their online menu.

Had a great experience. The server was very kind when we asked about gluten free and brought us the nutrition menu to help us make our choices. Plenty of gluten free options, but I would be cautious if celiac since it does not seem like they separate when cooking. Only thing I would change would be to make the portions bigger.

I have eaten here 3 times since my diagnosis. I have used the gluten free menu and had gluten free toast and each and every time I’ve come home sick. While in theory they have a nice selection the reality isn’t there.

They had their menu marked with gluten free options. I had their quinoa pesto chicken bowl and it was amazing! You can also substitute their toast for gluten free bread with their other meals!
Offers several tasty options for both Gluten Free and Dairy Free diets. Serve Udi’s gf bread at no extra cost, but do not have a dedicated toaster. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I've safely eaten at many First Watchs? First Watches? anyway... I mainly go for avocado toast, but they have many GF options on their GF menu.

Not safe, at all.
Although they offer gluten free bread, as a substitute, I opted for no bread at all. I told the server that i was gluten free.
The omelet came with toast on top.
I returned it to the kitchen. When the runner brought it back she said that luckily one just came off the grill. Given that, I told her how strange that it also came with crumbs from the last plate. THEN she asked if it was an allergy. I responded, Do I need to share my entire medical history for a breakfast, as ordered?
Long story short.. the runner lied to me, was disrespectful and was happy to gluten me.
I will not be back.

There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
