Like another reviewer said, I ordered a breakfast scrambler with gf toast and it was sent out with regular toast sitting on top of it. Obviously staff is not careful. Sad because normally this chain is one of my go to places for breakfast when I’m on the road.

Would not recommend if you have Celiac. Cross contamination is highly likely and staff is not knowledgeable on gluten allergies. I asked many questions about the menu and stated my gluten allergy. I specifically requested gluten free bread and my order came out with regular bread placed on top of the rest of my food. Better to be safe and stay away, or eat with a lot of caution.

Wonderful breakfast! The menu items are fresh and healthy, but a little funky. But I loved the more creative menu items. My kids loved it too! They have gluten-free bread for toast and sandwiches, but be aware that it’s put in the same toaster as wheat. Knowledge server, very prompt and friendly service.

I've safely eaten at many First Watchs? First Watches? anyway... I mainly go for avocado toast, but they have many GF options on their GF menu.

Not safe, at all.
Although they offer gluten free bread, as a substitute, I opted for no bread at all. I told the server that i was gluten free.
The omelet came with toast on top.
I returned it to the kitchen. When the runner brought it back she said that luckily one just came off the grill. Given that, I told her how strange that it also came with crumbs from the last plate. THEN she asked if it was an allergy. I responded, Do I need to share my entire medical history for a breakfast, as ordered?
Long story short.. the runner lied to me, was disrespectful and was happy to gluten me.
I will not be back.

There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
