There are gluten free options, but it takes some work to figure it out. Hostess referred me to the First Watch app which does not have the allergen menu. After searching the Internet for 15 minutes, I settled on the Chicken Pesto Quinoa Bowl and a Kale Tonic. It was delicious and somewhat worth the effort.
Employees where very knowledgeable about Celiac disease. They have lots of options that you can eat and they DO have a separate area to cook your meal and a separate toaster. Awesome!
Always a must when we visit St. George. They do a gluten free French toast for my kids. They do warn about the cross contamination but my kids don’t ever seem to get sick from it. I get the quinoa bowl or the omelets. My daughter requested this last time to get their breakfast sandwich on gluten free toast and loved it. Everything is so fresh and delicious. My husband (who isn’t celiac) loves their biscuits and gravy and million dollar bacon.
