It was not that good of a gluten free experience especially if you are celiac with other food allergies The staff tried their best but my sons food got contaminated or some allergen was there because his lips swell and we had to give him meds I wouldn’t recommend but they have very good gluten free brownie which is packaged and can’t be contaminated

When asked if they had a gluten free menu they said no and did not offer to show any options that were gluten free. We had to push the issue and finally got an option of omelets. The waiter did not know anything about gluten free dining. I only received half a cup of coffee when asked for it.
No
Cute restaurant with a decent amount of gluten free options. There isn't a gluten free list but a packet of what contains gluten and what does not, as well as how to modify certain items to make gf. Hopefully they will offer gf pancakes at some point!
No
I've safely eaten at many First Watchs? First Watches? anyway... I mainly go for avocado toast, but they have many GF options on their GF menu.

Not safe, at all.
Although they offer gluten free bread, as a substitute, I opted for no bread at all. I told the server that i was gluten free.
The omelet came with toast on top.
I returned it to the kitchen. When the runner brought it back she said that luckily one just came off the grill. Given that, I told her how strange that it also came with crumbs from the last plate. THEN she asked if it was an allergy. I responded, Do I need to share my entire medical history for a breakfast, as ordered?
Long story short.. the runner lied to me, was disrespectful and was happy to gluten me.
I will not be back.

There’s an allergen menu that you have to scan on your phone. They have a dedicated GF space in the back (including a toaster). There’s a reasonable amount of stuff to order as long as you get the GF toast. I didn’t experience in cross contamination and the staff seems knowledgeable.

Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
