I had breakfast here twice and ordered lunch to go over the weekend. The omelets were good, I definitely recommend the Bocado. The staff were very aware of allergy and cross contamination issues. All of my dishes were marked with an allergy stick and brought out to me separately from gluten containing meals. They had Udis bread as a sub for regular toast.

There’s a traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage and potatoes. Gluten-free bread/toast is available too.
An allergen menu is available on their website, but GF items were not marked on the regular menu. Tons of omelets and frittatas available too.

They have a thorough third party allergen list. And gluten-free options and substitutes for many items. Very friendly and knowledgeable about food safety.

I give First Watch one star because they advertise to have gluten free options but when I actually went to lunch today, it was very difficult to figure out what is gluten free. It’s not easily listed on the menu. The waitress wasn’t giving me many options. I ended up getting a sandwich with gluten free toast and it was really bad. They barely put anything on the sandwich. It was mostly just bread. I ended up going somewhere else and getting more food because I was still hungry! I think there’s a lot better options around other than first watch. I won’t be returning.

Had the ham and guyere cheese omelet with GF toast and had a violent reaction within half a hour.Avoid if you are coeliac.

Was told they had lots of gluten free stuff by a gluten free friend. The toast is the only thing they make with gluten free bread, and it’s cross contaminated. Eggs are gluten free, but that’s about it. The potatoes were pretty good though.
