The crew here is incredible! They are very kind, knowledgeable and considerate when dealing with my severe gluten allergy. I eat here about once a month and I’ve never gotten sick or had less than stellar service!
Yes
Dedicated fryer in the sense that they only fried food they offer is fries
Yes
It is nice that they change their gloves but it is obvious that many of the employees don't understand why they are changing them. I had to have them remake a burger once. They understood and made a new one willingly.
No
I enjoy the fact that they take the time to change their gloves and they all have a vary good attitude about it
Yes
Exceptional burgers, fries (in peanut oil), hot dogs. As soon as you tell them you are GF they will tell you they will change their gloves. They have a fries only fryer. And they have 2 grills - 1 for buns and 1 for meat. You can bring your own buns.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
