Great service, burgers are cooked on a separate grill from buns. I order a burger on a lettuce wrap and the cashier made note of gluten free/ allergy on special instructions

They have a separate grill for their buns and burgers, and kept my burger separate from others in my party. And their fryer is only for fries.

Very helpful! Gf bread or even better lettuce burger wrap!

First off this is fast, greasy food. Don't come here looking for kale chips or a vegan quinoa salad. This IS an awesome place for an old school burger that tastes great. I've eaten here a bunch and just order "no bun on lettuce" and it's all loaded in a bowl. Love the toppings and fries. I haven't gotten sick ever from Five Guys. If you do have a peanut allergy though stay away...they give out free peanuts and shells are everywhere. Great place to spot when traveling as it has super clean restrooms and a friendly staff. Order online and save time...you skip the line.
They did a really great job with making the burger separate and putting it a little container for it.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
