They call out allergy and change their gloves. Fries are totally safe since that’s the only thing in the fryer. Very rare!

I really enjoy Five Guys. They use the Lettuce for the bun. All is really tasty.

They will take great care of you at this Five Guys location. No GF buns, but their burgers and fries are great!

When I told the cashier I wanted to order something weird "a burger without the bun" she immediately shouted "we have a gluten allergy!" to the rest of the staff. I was in at a really busy time but everyone changed their gloves and it made me feel really happy they new what I was talking about. Delicious!!!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
