This is the first time I’ve been able to have a burger and fries since I went gluten free! No additives or fillers in the meat, lettuce wraps or bowls available, they’re careful about cross contamination, changed gloves, marked it as an allergy, and BOY it’s so good!!!! Fries are amazing too!!
Yes
Went this evening and was super impressed with the service. I asked for a lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with a few toppings. Before I could tell them I had celiac, the guy asked if I was getting the lettuce wrap for allergy reasons. When he read the order to the cook behind him, he made sure to let him know. It is such a sign of relief to go eat somewhere and the staff already has knowledge about how to handle these situations. Great burger, even better service. Will return soon!
I have finally found a place I can get a good burger and fries!!!! This place is awesome. Loved that put the burger in lettuce. Didn't miss the bun at all!! And fries are the only thing they fry!!!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
