Ordered a hotdog-no bun-in a bowl and cashier asked me is it due to allergy and I said yes! Love that I didn't have to tell her!! They took precaution and since they only do fries in the fryer it's not an issue.

Order the burger in a bowl for an allergy and fries. They put the burger in a foil take out box and can load it up with any toppings you would want. They also offer lettuce wraps but they arent for me. They switch out gloves and grill the burger separate. Since the menu is simple, it is easy to eat there.

Five Guys is my go to fast food place for gluten free. They are very good about changing gloves before touching my food. Food is awesome. I get a burger in a lettuce wrap or hotdog in a bowl and fries. Whole family loves them and they are super nice to chat with as they make your food.
Love the lettuce wrap burgers and fresh toppings. The fries could be crispier but they are good and fresh.
Not my kind of place to have a meal. Greasy fries and a burger in lettuce.
Five guys must pay someone to rate their places on find me gf. They are totally clueless to gluten sensitivity - can't even lettuce wrap a burger. Fries are greasy as all getout too. Go elsewhere.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
