I’ve eaten here many times however yesterday I paid close attention and noticed that the employee preparing my lettuce wrap changed her gloves and everything. It’s impressive to me that five guys can get it right and not 5 star restaurants... thank you Five Guys!

They have extremely tasty burgers! You can have them in a tin or in a lettuce wrap. The buns and their grilled cheese sandwiches are toasted on a separate grill so no worries about cross contamination. Their fries have a dedicated fryer. I usually bring my own GF bun! They even will mark your order with special instructions when you tell them you have a gluten allergy!

LOVE the burgers
The fries are safe in dedicated fryers. The meat is safe 100% beef with no fillers. Had a burger with toppings in a tray. Was still very good without the bun and ate lots of peanuts!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
