Frequent diner to this Five Guys location and has always been okay! Celiac friendly. Employees are knowledgeable about gluten free and cross contamination. You can watch the employees clean the food preparation area and prepare your meal. I always stress the importance of not cross contaminating and they understand. Love the fries, only fries go in the fryer. I don’t do the shakes because they have gluten in the Oreo shake. No GF buns available but I do the hamburgers or hotdogs wrapped in lettuce. Very thankful to have this restaurant to go to!!

The guys at the register are very good and accommodating. The cook top for meat is desperate from the bun space. They also wiped down the prep station and used fresh veggies. The online menu tells you what is available gluten free. Lots of milkshake options too. This is a new favorite of ours.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
