Burger on a lettuce wrap, fries are simply potatoes ( no coating of any kind), salt, and fried in pure peanut oil. A wonderful gluten-free indulgence!

YUMMMNMMY this is my favorite a nice burger with lettuce wrap and fries very tasty and very good about not getting cross contamination
Not the best gluten free fries in the world but they are okay. They don't even have a gluten free bun. The place would be wayyy better if it had gf buns
Yes
Excellent gf fries and lettuce wrap burger. Wish they would get gf buns.

I have celiac and have eaten there several times and have always been fine (I.e. No reaction!) They will put your burgers in a lettuce wrap or in its own in a little tin container. They change their gloves frequently and also told the cooks that there was an "allergy". They only cook fries in the fryerlator so those are gf too.

Great burgers. Fries are Gf.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
