Staff present during our visit was pretty clueless about GF.
The staff at this restaurant chain is well trained on allergy protocols. They took extra efforts to announce an allergy order. Then they all changed their gloves, cooked the meat on a separate and clean section of the grill. They asked afterwards how my experience was, and how I felt after eating. I was very impressed that they knew what to do without my micromanaging their efforts. Well done!!

You can get your burger wrapped in lettuce instead of getting it on a bun. Fries are also gluten free and delicious.
Staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Ordered cheeseburger with a number of toppings (no bun) and fries to go. They packaged the burger in a small container with the cheese and veggies on the burger patties and the condiments in separate containers.
Love these guys! No cross contamination for the fries and they are knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity. My only request is that they begin offering Udi's GF hamburger buns.
all cooks will change their gloves with a gluten free order. great food, and very trustworthy service!
Very helpful. Used lettuce instead on buns so we were still able to feel like we were eating burgers like before we were gf!

I eat at five guys constantly as they are always careful with my allergy. For the first time ever at a five guys I got glutened at this one. I didn’t eat the mayonnaise cause it had obviously been scooped out of a container that had gluten in it and put into a ramekin. I guess the other condiments were also cross contaminated as I became very sick. They might be good sometimes but this crew did not take it seriously.
Dedicated fryer and lettuce wrapped burgers. Staff was informed and helpful.
Had an entire procedure, changed gloves, and assured me they follow allergy/gluten guidelines seriously. Fries are entirely gluten free and have their own fryer! Got an iceberg bun and it was juicy and delicious. Always nice to find a fast food option that’s safe. Did not get sick! Would recommend.
I eat here all the time and they take allergies very seriously. Gloves change and gluten free fryer!
Let them know we had an “allergy” and they were great about changing gloves and preparing ours not on the same counter.
