Great! I called ahead to ask about GF options and was told the whole restaurant is GF except buns. Yes you can bring your own. No they will not toast or assemble your burger with your GF buns. When we arrived and I said the word “Celiac”, the manager told each worker to change their gloves. They were very nice and clearly knew what they were doing .

Staff seemed quite diligent with my order and the food was very good. Did not get sick.
Told them I had allergy and I tried to watch who was doing what...but still got sick. Won't go back.
** Reviews are for fries only**
2/20/24 Got a large order of the cajun fries only, very good but i liked the fries without seasoning better. No symptoms after.
10/2/23My non-celiac husband was getting a burger and fries, and based off of the other reviews, I decided to try the fries myself. The employees were super friendly. I ordered 1 order of the little fries not seasoned- they were phenomenal! I did not get sick
I go here often and the staff are very well trained on Celiac and allergies. I love that I can safely eat the fries as they’re the only thing fried there. So good!
It’s very pricy but they offered me a burger in a bowl or a lettuce wrap for my burger. That’s about as gluten free as they are. I’m new to this so I’m a bit disappointed

The cashier asked if it was a preference or an allergy. Proceeded to let the next person know who changed their gloves and made my food. I had a lettuce wrapped burger. The food was very safe. They only fry fries in their fryer. This place would not be safe if you have a peanut allergy. There are big bags of peanuts to snack on while you wait for your food.
Yes, the Rio Rancho location is very diligent when making the gf Lettuce Rap hamburgers. Just let them know and they will clear/ clean the prep area and change out gloves. My daughter, who has Celiacs, never has an issue coming here.
