I always get a burger on a lettuce wrap AND in a bowl in case the lettuce wrap falls apart! Their fries are also delicious. I also have a dairy sensitivity, and they have accidentally put cheese on the burger before, but they were very understanding of the need to start over when I asked! (They do grill their onions where they toast their buns, so avoid grilled onions)

Very accommodating and everyone changes their gloves once they learn you have celiacs. I usually get the bowl or a wrap and it is always delicious.
I learned about this place from this app-thanks again for another great suggestion. I really like this place! They made my burger with a lettuce wrap & the fries were delicious!

Never had an issue. Very accomodating.

Everyone at the Muefreesboro location is always very friendly and helpful. They put the burgers together nicely too. Some locations throw everything together haphazardly; not so here. Always enjoyable.
The service I got wasn't the best, but you'll probably get a different server.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
