Cashier knowledgeable and manager also stepped in to explain procedures for gloves, etc. Great place to get fries as there are no gluten products out in any fryer. Burgers available for lettuce wrap or in a bowl.
I was told that I could go ahead and take my chances at the Adams Road restaurant. On our way to Red Robin.
Dedicated fryer. Ask if it's an allergy or preference. Eaten here numerous times with no issues

This is our go to fast food place since they have a dedicated fryer for fries. Staff is willing to change gloves upon request and take Celiac needs seriously. My son gets the cheeseburger (double patty) in bowl but I like to get the Little Cheeseburger (one patty) wrapped in lettuce. Free peanuts while you wait for your order too. Their app is very user friendly and they don't make your fries until you arrive so they are fresh. Tip: we order our regular family member burgers via the app but prefer to order the gluten free burgers face to face at pick up to ensure staff changes gloves. By time the fries are made, the whole order is ready.

The food was very good and you can get the burger in a bowl but I got sick after eating here =[. Was pretty bummed seeing as there burgers and fries are so good.
You can get the burger in a bowl with a knife and fork or as a lettuce wrap. Fries are always awesome
You can bring your own GF buns. Separate grill for meat. Fryers only fry fries.
Love the new addition of their 'bowl' for the burgers. Great fries!

I eat at five guys constantly as they are always careful with my allergy. For the first time ever at a five guys I got glutened at this one. I didn’t eat the mayonnaise cause it had obviously been scooped out of a container that had gluten in it and put into a ramekin. I guess the other condiments were also cross contaminated as I became very sick. They might be good sometimes but this crew did not take it seriously.

Had an entire procedure, changed gloves, and assured me they follow allergy/gluten guidelines seriously. Fries are entirely gluten free and have their own fryer! Got an iceberg bun and it was juicy and delicious. Always nice to find a fast food option that’s safe. Did not get sick! Would recommend.
I eat here all the time and they take allergies very seriously. Gloves change and gluten free fryer!
Let them know we had an “allergy” and they were great about changing gloves and preparing ours not on the same counter.
