The staff was excellent. And when the cashier wasn’t sure he knew just who to ask. The lettuce burger was delightful and tasty. The French fries were outstanding. First time I had fries in 2 years. Definitely a Go Back To Again place!

The only meal while I visited Columbia that I know wasn't contaminated! Understood was a gluten allergy was, as well as changed gloves multiple times! Highly recommend

Friendly service. Staff took precautions to ensure no gluten cross contamination. We order burgers wrapped in lettuce. Have eaten here multiple times now. A plus!

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it. I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.

If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.

The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
