Manager didn't seem to know what celiac was. Therefore, I didn't feel like I had a productive conversation when asking about separate fryers/cooking surfaces. My daughter was able to eat the fries since they are the only thing prepared in the fryer. One employee told me there is a gluten free bun, but the manager said there isn't.

I have been to this location at least a dozen times. I have had one visit with a bad reaction. I always order the same: bun less burger in bowl, fries, and vanilla shake. The staff is always willing to change gloves and take extra care when preparing my meal.

The taste is phenomenal. But this place is definitely not celiac-friendly. All the staff spoke broken English so I couldn't properly explain what I needed, and I got severely sick from gluten probably 10 minutes after finishing my meal. If you're thinking about trying this place as a celiac, don't!

They do an incredible job in making sure cross contamination does NOT occur and the only thing in their fryer are the fries. The notate allergy on the order and they announce it while making it. The kitchen area is in full view, so it’s easy to ensure no cross contamination.

They make everyone in the kitchen aware that they have a gf allergy order and change gloves. I can always count on Five Guys when I’m traveling. The one in Kingman, AZ, was great!

I always order a burger in a bowl & they immediately ask if it’s an allergy or a preference. Then they tell the cook. The fries are safe and separately fried deliciousness. This particular five guys always has the nicest people working here!

This location has changed to Brandon Burgers and no longer a Five Guys franchise. The are Not GF. Their fries are coated with flour. Makes me sad as this was one of the few take out places we could go to.
