The staff was very knowledgeable and they brought my meal in a different bag this is my favorite restaurant 😊
Yes
Helpful staff and knowledgeable managers.
The staff is aware of the precautions to take when serving someone with Celiac disease. The manager has a couple times taken our order then go prepare the food himself. As stated in another review the only gluten in the restaurant are the buns, that means a dedicated fryer!

I order their Lettuce-wrapped burgers and dogs and I tell them 'with allergies'. They change gloves and prepare separately. Fries are real potatoes - not frozen. I am sensitive and my son is severely intolerant and we've never had issues there.
This location always has a great awareness of cross-contamination. As the other reviewers have noted, the restaurant is 100% gluten free with the exception of buns, which they can easily keep away from your burger and fries. It's wonderful to have fries with zero chance of gluten.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
