They are very knowledgeable and take all precautions needed. They will change their gloves for you. Was never into a lettuce wrapped burger until now. Haven’t tried the fries yet but would love to do so.
Update, I had the fries and they were delicious!

I loved it till the server was trying to serve us 6.00$ for a simple cup of water. Till someone told her, just them a water cup, no charge.

These guys are always amazing! You let them know you can't have bun due to celiac they Holla out allergy up which promotes everyone to watch the touching of buns and glove changes! Great food, have not gotten sick eating here.
Yes
They have a seperate fryer for their fries, but be sure to ask them to salt your fries seperate as their Cajun seasoning is unverified and may cross contaminate. The staff/managers have always been super helpful!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
