Had a burger in a bowl (I didn't want a lettuce wrap, but they will do that) and fries. They will change their gloves, use different spatula, etc. The fries were delicious and I couldn't tell you the last time I was able to eat fried french fries at a restaurant. Nothing else is put in the fryer, and it is fried in peanut oil. Delicious and had no reaction. I'm very sensitive and didn't have a bad reaction.

I was concerned after reading a negative review from 2016, but decided to see for myself. The person at the register has always asked if I'm going bunless due to an allergy. Been to this location frequently, every other week or so. Have had zero issues with the food.
Fries and burgers with out the bun and most employees are knowledgeable about cc

The only problem I ever had was with the grilled onions in French onion soup or French dip. Otherwise, everything was great!

I do not recommend this place. I was laughed at and the staff thought I was overreacting and thought it comical when I tried to explain I was celiac. The "shift" manager only did something after I corrected his staff in a cross contamination issue. Dominique one of the staff claimed she had a friend with a severe gluten allergy and then went to wrap my bunless food with the same gloves she had just dressed numerous buns with. When I brought it to her attention she laughed and said no it's fine.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
