I've ordered delivery (via grubhub) from this location semi-frequently over the past 2-3 years. Never had any issues. I order the Bacon Cheeseburger No Bun (in a bowl, so no bun) and the Regular Fries. I get the "all the way" toppings, but I'm not sure if it's worth trusting the mayo (does it come out of a contaminated container?) even though I've never had problems with it. It's nice when they give you a mayo packet but sometimes they put some mayo in a little plastic container instead. I've also eaten at many of Five Guys other locations and have never had any problems. The food is super tasty and large portions (it's greasy though, which I like, but others may not). I wouldn't recommend eating here if you have a peanut allergy though as the fries are fried in peanut oil (not sure if anything else is) and there are tons of boxes of peanuts in the front of most five guys locations.

I'm celiac, I eat here no issue.
I have been to other 5 guys and their quality is consistent -- I never get sick-- always tell them you have allergy and they are careful. You can get as a lettuce wrap or in a bowl-- the fries are the BEST

I tried to eat here while traveling. The staff had no idea what gluten free means and said they were unable to serve me. if they truly have gf options they need to better train the staff on that availability.

FIVE GUYS FRIES! They're delicious! They announce your allergy. They don't have GF buns but will make your dogs or burgers and place them in a container. It's my guilty pleasure food. Being a newly diagnosed celiac, I miss "normal" foods. This is one of those fast food places that care enough to be safe. They will change gloves, answer questions and give you too many fries in the bag. Dare you to eat just one of them!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
