I let them know about my allergy and the seriousness. I watched the staff member touch others orders and then shake off a piece of lettuce into my burger bowl. When I tried to address it with staff they said nothing had touched my bowl (although that wasn’t the staff member) and sent me on my way. Very disappointing.
No
I eat here often and never get sick. If they know it is an allergy they will make sure the whole staff knows! It's one of the only places I eat French fries also.
Yes
Burger no bun will serve in foil with condiments separate fries r cooked fresh cut in peanut oil good when u want a burger and fries
the staff was awesome about changing their gloves and keeping my burger away from the others. Unfortunately, I got sick 20 min after I ate there. I wonder if there's hidden Gluten somewhere. :(
Only went to order fries. Fryer is only for fries and they are so good. No reaction.

They only put fries in the fryer, so it's safe!
The food tasted good, did not have gluten free buns like other five guys locations I’ve been to but had the option of a bowl or a lettuce wrap for the burger. As always the fries are delicious.

I have eaten here in the past with no issues. Today was terrible. I asked for a refund. I stated gluten allergy and asked staff to change gloves. They didn’t change gloves. When I reminded them they made a face and changed gloves but then touched bread before making my lettuce wrap. When I said something about it the girl made a face. So I asked for a refund.

Fries are gluten free (nothing but potatoes go into the fryer), and burgers are grilled on a separate cooktop and with separate, clearly marked utensils from buns. Burgers can be served lettuce-wrapped or in a bowl. Almost all shakes are GF (just not Oreo or Reese’s mix-ins), so you may be able to get away with asking the staff to wipe down the shake blender wand to avoid cross contact.
Staff is moderately aware of gluten and food allergies. They’re happy to answer questions about condiments and food prep methods.
