What is the point of asking me if it is for an allergy but continuously touching buns then the drawer with the meat in it and not changing gloves in between or having a espérate meat spot for GF. I have eaten at a lot of 5Guys and this is the most careless one ever. And don’t complain out loud in a small space about having to change your gloves it is tacky! And handling my lettuce wrap and changing gloves after makes no sense.

Asked the young lady to change her gloves before wrapping my burger. She obliged and then proceeded to wipe loose bread crumbs off the counter with the new gloves on and then wrapped my lettuce wrapped burger. Needless to say, I tossed the lettuce. Have given this location multiple opportunities.
Delicious fries from a fryer that ONLY cooks fries! Also the peanuts are gluten free. Not a totally dedicated restaurant due to bun crumbs. Even if they had a gf bun, it would be contaminated so it would be pointless to celiacs.
The food's delicious, but with so many burger places offering GF buns, the fact that they don't bother isn't thrilling. Patronize businesses that can make a whole burger GF.
No gluten free options. None at all!

Love their fries! Get their app. it is easy and works.
Love this place. Order online and call to have my fries ready, otherwise they wait till I arrive to fry them. My daughter loves the grilled cheese too. I have celiac disease and order no bun and have never gotten sick from cross contamination.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
