They wrote allergy on the ticket, and I saw the lady who took my order tell the man making the burgers that we had an allergy. My Celiac son didn't get sick. The food was great too!

Extremely knowledgeable about all allergies, not just gluten. Can do a burger in a lettuce wrap or a bowl. Safe and delicious!!

Let them know you've got an allergy and they're very accommodating. Nicest Five Guys we have been to. We keep it simple & they get ingredients from the back to limit cross contamination.

Don’t trust the ATL terminal D location. They were very nice, but admitted they didn’t know what Gluten Free really meant and asked the lead person, who also responded they “didn’t know either so would guess not”. Not worth the risk with celiac

I ordered a cheeseburger and was suggested to have it in a “bowl” which is two burger patties, cheese, and toppings of your choice. I requested it be made for gluten allergy/Celiac Disease (I mentioned without a bun, a change of gloves, and wipedown of the counter).

The guy taking my order informed the guy on the grill of the allergy. The guy who took my order did not change his gloves or wipe down the counter (he wore the same gloves as when he took my order). I did say something but he either didn’t hear me or pretended to not hear me.

So I ate it all anyway knowing the risk of cross contact.

The workers take care with my order every time. I tell them I have a gluten allergy and they let everyone know. I’ve never gotten sick after eating here!
