This place is celiac friendly is because they wash their hands and change your gloves. They put the hotdogs and the burgers no bun on in a bowl :)

I asked cashier about gluten free, he assured me at all would be fine, but I watched them put mayo on my lettuce wrap - and they used the same mayo container and spreading utensil that they use for buns. They re-made my order but I didn’t feel comfortable enough to eat it.

Very nice experience, cashier answered all our questions. Got a burger wrapped in lettuce and fries my meal was put in a separate bag.
Hey you five guys, you are awesome! You know how to deal with my GF needs and I can't thank you enough for preparing my meal separately so it's not cross contaminated. But one thing is just killing me...why don't you have a gluten free but yet?!
Yes
Dedicated fryer for fries means I can eat them. That and a bun less burger equals celiac bliss!
I've always been safe here, and the food is great! The only thing they fry is French fries, so they're safe.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
