I have celiac disease. This is the first location I have had an issue with. Our receipt even states "allergy". As usual I order cajun fries and a lettuce wrapped burger. Previously (before COVID, a couple years ago) we noticed that they didn't change their gloves and had to ask them to restart the order. So, I guess this location does not take Celiac or an allergy seriously!! Please be aware!!! We have had good luck with numerous other Five Guys locations.
Very good food and knowledgeable staff. You can get your burger in a bowl or a lettuce wrap. Fries are gluten free as well and they change their gloves.

they use lettuce as a substitute for bread, and prepare it on a separate surface. good choice for a quick fast meal

It was great except hopefully there will be gluten free buns in the future. Other than no gf bun, it was delicious! I hope to go back soon!😁

We usually have pretty good luck with Five Guys but yesterday was an exception. Both me and my five year old got sick after eating there. I called later and reported it to the manager so hopefully he will educate his employees on how to eliminate cross contamination. I should have watched them the entire time my food was being prepared.
Always safe here! We come often!
I eat here all the time, they are fantastic. They do not fry anything but fries so they are safe (and delicious). They are very good about dealing with a gluten allergy, so much so that they are very comfortable with it.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
