I’ve eaten here many times and have never gotten sick! They lettuce wrap the burger better than any other place I’ve been to. And the fries are in a dedicated gf fryer.

the fries are gluten free (no cross contamination) and are great. you can get an okay burger with no bun if you want to use your own bun. 🍔🍟
I have never gotten sick and Five Guys is great !💯👌🏼
Yes
Called to confirm gluten free/dedicated fryer. Both employees were totally clueless and said that they didn't know....how can I be sure food is safe if employees don't even know how to answer basic questions....like dedicated fryer?
Go regularly with celiac daughter. Let them know when ordering and they're very careful. Never a problem.
Yes
Dedicated frier for French fries. When I went with my daughter W/ celiac we asked for cheeseburger w/o bun- we were immediately asked if there was a gluten issue. My daughter felt important instead if embarrassed by placing a special order. This staff seems well informed and eager to please.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
