Don’t get me wrong I love five guys, but I would appreciate if they could use gluten free buns, sometimes I don’t want a lettuce burger. But either than that food is great!!

I have celiac disease and am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. I've eaten at several locations and have never gotten sick.

Great fast food option. Burgers and fries are yummy but I especially appreciate the "allergy" awareness and automatic changing of the gloves!
I have to give 5 stars because they are so tasty. lol! Everyone knows what I am talking about! The french fries are in a dedicated fryer. The only thing I wonder is why they fry them in peanut oil when there are so many people with peanut allergies? Either way, it is very good! They will ask you right off "Do you have an allergy?" So they will know how to handle your food. Then they will yell back "allergy!" and everyone changes their gloves! :D That is what I am talking about! They GET IT!

Great fast food option for a celiac. They always take care with my order. The fries are awesome. I always get a burger with no bun. The only thing that would make them better is rolling out a gluten free bun.
I was diagnosed 2 1/2 months ago and seriously missed fast food french fries! I was thrilled their fries are GF and they take special care of your burger! they not only put it in a bowl but put in a different bag from my husband's burger on a bun! (No GF bun available but a friend's son took his own with no problem)

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
