When you place an "allergy order" they call it out to everyone working and designate one person to handle your food with fresh gloves. Order a burger in a bowl or lettuce wrapped, the bowl is less messy. This location doesn't offer gluten free buns unfortunately. Fries and plain milkshakes are safe. I go here all the time and have never gotten sick.

Most Five guys restaurants have a seperate fryer for their fries and you can order animal style on the burgers just ask them to change gloves and not touch their flat spaces without cleaning it first.

Probably one of the most unhealthy things I've ever eaten but I didn't get sick from cross contamination and they took great care of me. Overall really satisfied with the service! I got regular burger with pickles wrapped in lettuce with a side of fries. Stayed away from condiments!
I have had many naked burgers here, never had a problem! Fries are in separate fryer. Love Five Guys!

Always an awesome choice for celiacs! They are so accommodating!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
