Dedicated fryers, lettuce wrap burgers, and never done me wrong!
You may want to ask for a plastic bag or bring one because there's a lot of moisture from the lettuce that breaks down the paper bag

They have great options for bunless burger in a bowl or in a lettuce wrap! The fries are also gluten free and they switched gloves to prepare the meal.

Very accomodating. Get the burgers in a bowl and let them knownits due to allergy and they will change gloves. Fries are safe as they are the only thing fried in the oil. Staff is always great
You can get any burger "in a bowl" or wrapped in lettuce and their fries are safe since only fries are cooked in the oil. My daughter has Celiac and was good after her meal here.
Yes
I ordered a hamburger in a bowl with lettuce and ketchup. Ketchup came on the side. I also had their regular fries. Didn't get sick. Not sure if celiac friendly.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
