It’s very pricy but they offered me a burger in a bowl or a lettuce wrap for my burger. That’s about as gluten free as they are. I’m new to this so I’m a bit disappointed

The Burger bowl was absolutely delicious. Everything on a burger without the bun was very satisfying. Eating gluten free on the run is hard, but Five Guys made it easy and was very yummy. I highly recommend!

It’s very good, but know what to expect. It’s basically just a deconstructed burger in a bowl, no GF buns or anything like that. The fries are great, especially the Cajun fries (ask for them extra crispy!) I asked about a designated GF fryer, and they said nothing they fry contains gluten.

Just ask for the burger in a lettuce wrap and tell them its for an allergy. They alert the staff and you can even have the french fries!

Amazing!!! As I ordered (burger in a bowl) the lady stopped me and immediately asked if it was for a gluten allergy. Once I told her yes she immediately turned around to tell the cooks. While my family was finishing our order I watched as the cook washed his hands, changed gloves, and stared up a new burner. My food was cooked completely separate. They even put all my food in its own bag. It was an amazing experience and incredible food!

Burgers can be ordered in a bowl, since the can be quite messy without a bun. Most staff are knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities and will take all necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination. Fries are cooked in dedicated fryers and oil.

Great food. Great service
Great fries, great service!
Yes
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
